At Juicy Couture, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your request and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once received.
